Stress Management

This course is designed to move beyond the idea of “eliminating” stress—which is impossible—and instead focuses on mastering it through a systematic approach and a practical set of tools.
Stress is an inevitable part of life, but it doesn’t have to be a destructive force. This course teaches participants how to distinguish between eustress (positive stress that motivates) and distress (negative stress that drains). Using a unique “three-option method,” participants will learn to categorize every stressful situation and apply the appropriate response. By implementing a personal “stress toolbox,” you will move from a reactive state of overwhelm to a proactive state of calm and control.
