Work Life Balance
- Description
- Curriculum
- Reviews
This course is designed to debunk the myth that “working more” equals “producing more,” providing participants with a blueprint for high performance that doesn’t come at the cost of personal happiness.
True work-life balance isn’t about splitting your time 50/50; it’s about “managing your time better” so that you can be fully present wherever you are. This workshop provides the tools to transition from being “busy” to being “effective.” By learning to prioritize the “important things” and setting “achievable goals,” participants will discover how to increase their output while decreasing their hours. Furthermore, the course focuses on the communication skills necessary to protect these boundaries with both colleagues and family members.
